Geological engineering and applied geotechnics
GEOSERVIN is a consultancy specialising in applied geology and geotechnics that provides technical support for civil engineering, building and infrastructure projects. Its work focuses on delivering rigorous geological and geotechnical analyses and reliable technical documentation to facilitate the development of projects from their initial stages through to completion.
Its work focuses on soil characterisation, the analysis of geotechnical investigation programmes, and the preparation of technical studies and reports that provide an understanding of subsoil behaviour and support the design of infrastructure.
GEOSERVIN was founded as a result of the academic and professional collaboration between Alfonso Romero and Máximo García. Their relationship began at university, when Alfonso supervised Máximo’s final-year project, laying the foundations for a professional partnership that would later lead to the creation of GEOSERVIN.
This shared journey has enabled us to establish a professional practice founded on technical rigour, expertise in applied geology and a practical approach geared towards engineering projects, underpinned by specialist training in GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING, GEOLOGICAL ENGINEERING and GEOLOGY.
GEOSERVIN provides specialist technical support in geological and geotechnical surveys for projects in civil engineering, building construction and infrastructure.
Our accumulated experience enables us to participate in various stages of project development, from the initial geological and geotechnical characterisation of the site through to the analysis, interpretation and drafting of technical studies and reports that form part of the project documentation.

Our experience and availability for fieldwork also enable us to participate in international projects when project requirements so dictate, providing support both during the research and report-writing phases and in the execution of field research campaigns.
